Every scene has one funny joke and 10 that fall embarrassingly flat, but ET reporters and the monkey ventriloquist weatherwoman are rad! Guests films are usually great, but this is an ensemble of non-A list actors making an over-hyped unsuccessful film about non-A list actors making an over-hyped unsuccessful film; and it comes off bitchy and smug.
