Brilliant performances from Midler and Cann. A great insight into the entertainment business told through different wartime. A great social commentary about the change in society from the WWII to Vietnam.
The change in attitude from the "gentlemen" soldiers of WWII to the laddish and troubled of Vietnam. Great songs as well.
