Review of For Richer or Poorer (1997) by Alysia V — 14 Sep 2009

For a comedy, I love this movie! Two actors that are typically sort of "eh", come together really well in this movie and deliver more than a few laughs. And not only is this a very funny movie but it actually has a really good, moral story.

I love how their lives so drastically change and how they learn to love living in much simpler times, along with it completely saving their marriage. I think it proves a good point in that true happiness does not lie in money or power or possessions, but in the simple things.

In family, in honest work, in God's creation and presence, and in one another. This is a comedy that I never tire of watching-Love it!
