An interesting look into the mind of a Michelin starred, highly acclaimed chef. Also one I have a 2nd degree connection through to people also in the documentary (Dan Bark and Faye). The family tragedy faced by Duffy was one that should only belong in fictional films.
I just wish there was more food porn :).
