Review of For a Few Dollars More (1965) by Calvin C — 13 Oct 2012
For me, this my favorite in the Dollars Trilogy. It is the smaller scale of the three films, but also the most personal for the characters invovled. It is a good old fashioned tale of revenge with Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef being total badasses. I think Eastwood's Man With No Name was more fleshed out in this film and I like how he and Van Cleef's character teamed up to kill a ruthless killer with also a dark past.
Grade: A-.
