Review of Footnote (2011) by Gene R — 11 May 2012
Interesting movie, giving us a glimpse of Israeli culture today and decent screenplay showing the difficulties in this family but ending was a complete cop out. Is it only American audiences that like just a tiny bit of closer at the end of a film? OK, I can think about what may happen, and will, but isn't that what the movie is supposed to do? At least a little???
