Review of Fools Rush In (1949) by Javier S — 23 Dec 2010
Personally, I enjoyed this film because the film's plot is near perfection and relevant to the traditions of Latinos in the United States. Frankly, there are selective films that minority groups could relate.
For instance, Italian Americans and The Godfather, Irish Americans and Angela's Ashes, Greek Americans and My Big Fat Greek Wedding, African Americans and The Color of Purple, and Asian Americans and The Joy Luck Club.
Of course these film selections may not be adequate to most people but it's a start. Grade: C +.
