Food Matters is a brilliant film about how people can take control of their own nutrition and prevent diseases. Very insightful and I will be buying more super foods. This film reaffirms to continue my journey towards a more vegetarian diet that is rich in vitamins, trace minerals, protein and low in simple carbohydrates, fat, sugar, and salt.
Exercise and a nutritious diet is the best preventive medicine against illness. When I am in a healthy weight range and my body is nourished I know I feel happier and have an abundance of positive energy.
