If you're the type of person who likes to be proactive about your health, you will enjoy this movie for exposing so many dirty hidden little secrets of the big cheap-food industry. Thank goodness for the silver lining - Farmers like Joel Salatin, otherwise this movie would have gotten me down.
But I'm also thankful that just like Joel Salatin, there are similarly minded farmers in our neck of the woods in the beautiful Comox Valley of BC, Canada. I don't think this is the type of movie that will leave the viewer's future eating choices untouched.
..highly recommended viewing.
