It's very disturbing. As with any documentary you will need to forgive the bias and take it with a grain of salt, but it's both interesting and informative. It'll range from the unbelievable to disgusting in a heartbeat.
It isn't afraid to show you everything. The short running time helps. You might not want to watch it if you like beef.
