It's hard to make or even watch a documentary and not become biassed, but Food Inc. smacks you over your dome with it's preachy message. I get what they are trying to do and it's hard to argue against their stance.
At the same time, it's a little heavy handed in it's measure of 'shock n awe'. Despite this annoyance, the facts are delivered and are eye-opening, so that in it's self gets a 3/5 from me.
