Wow. I knew a lot of this already, but there's nothing like a vat of E. Coli to get you thinking about how fucked up the food industry has become. I don't know what's more disturbing: the fact that our government does not protect us (already aware of that) or that food manufacturers would rather get their cows nice and fat off corn, which they aren't designed to eat, so it allows E. Coli to breed like wildfire, and make us all sick and kill children and all that BS...instead of letting them eat grass so their stomachs can naturally kill off the bug and they don't contaminate beef, spinach, peanut butter, and whatever the hell else out there E. Coli has spread too. Don't even get me started on the way they treat these animals.
Already found a farmer's market, and I'm even more determined now to find a farmer to get my meat from.
Screw you, McDonalds! Greedy bastards.
