The movie "Food Inc." shows people what we really eat. this movie is very eye opening, and gross and sad. I mean this movie is great for showing whats going on in the world it shows what is in food and things and warning, this film will most likley turn you into a vegiterian it turned me into one for a while.
this film is good and I recommend this to people who want to learn more about what they eat.
