Review of Food, Inc. (2008) by Logan P — 27 Sep 2012
Food Inc.
This movie I am reviewing is called Food Inc. Basically it was about how and where your food is made. It shows you why you should be careful about what you eat.
First off I will be reviewing the sound track. The fact that it was country wasn't very appealing to me. It definitely fit the movie topic, but I didn't like it personally. It all depends on what music genre you're into. I would rather take a knife and play the violin with my arm then listen to that.
The next thing I will discuss is how informative it is. It had excruciating facts and they were great job at describing e coli. It painted a picture in my mind, and showed me how devastating it is to be a chicken. For example, when it showed and gave great examples on how the cows spread e coli so easily. It showed me that if one cow has e coli, then the rest will eventually catch it also. It also made me feel a certain way when Kevin's mom explained how he died. The information was so catchy and easy to relate to, I didn't consider it as a boring documentary. It was very interesting.
The last and final thing I will be reviewing is the duration period. Food Inc. was very long. I did enjoy learning about that information but it was really long. Movies that are really good, but long soon to make me dis-interested. I don't like to be bored with a long movie. It was really long and that was what made the movie boring toward the end.
In conclusion; I believe that eating healthy is now a priority. After I watched and learning about e coli and people dying I realized that the information the farmers are spreading is true. The movie made me realize that I need to take into account that just because it's good , doesn't mean it's safe.
