Review of Food, Inc. (2008) by Kim B — 08 Oct 2012
What another documentary slamming big business? While that was predictable a lot of the rest wasn't. The beginning was really good and the rest was ok. I appreciated the information and knowledge in this movie.
Honestly we need to know what we are putting into our bodies, they are not garbage disposals. I really would like to buy more local and organically someday, but this movie has made me only buy cage free eggs and no hormone milk already.
This isn't just cruel to animals, it's cruel to the underpaid workers n farmers being put out of business. The obesity and health risks we all face are getting continually worse bc of the food we eat.
Also it's not good to eat the food with tons of chemicals n fat n as they put it less sanitation bc they come from only a few sources.
