Review of Following (1999) by Kevin N — 03 Apr 2011
This low-budget, trying-to-be-clever film is initially intriguing but fails to engage on a truly great level. The story development grows a bit tiresome and it ultimately falls flat. I gave it a fresh rating because it IS low-budget and I can appreciate the final product in relation to it's modest resources.
