I"m biased so don't bother reading this review unless you're actually interested in the movie.

So this movie is a complete, hardcore, straight-up, film noir. It's Black and white. It has the lighting. It's got the moody characters. It's got the plot twists and turns. It's 100% film noir without any doubt.

I will say it's Nolan at the beginning so his technique is a little rough. But all the technical quirks and minor complaints were completely encompassed by the plot. Just another brainteaser. Although it's a little more layed out so it's easier to understand. The con is the hard part to figure out, but there is one mind you.

The run time of 70 minutes actually feels like 90 minutes but it's more experimental in that manner. If you sit down to watch this make sure you're not doing something else. This is one of those movies you have to pay attention to.

I loved it. I was a little annoyed with the cuts, and the cinematography, but it was a small price to pay for the payoff at the end. I was still on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what would happen next.
