Review of Following (1999) by Pedro A — 29 Nov 2011
Being Christopher Nolan's debut, one would expect Following to be as mind-bending and lucrative as his latter films. I'm not debating that it isn't, but it's just not exactly interesting. It just kind of dwindles around for most of the time.
I did like the twists and the ever-moving camerawork, but I just couldn't my footing. I'm not saying that Following is a bad film; I just didn't enjoy it.
