A really great indie. Just like all other indie films this is just plot. This featured a great story line and great plot build up. It's a little short but what it loses with time makes up with story.

The film is told in three different time frames and you can tell what time frame it is by the main character's appearance. At first I went into it thinking that it was going to be very amateur. The first half sure did seem amateur until all the pieces started adding up.

It takes real writing skills to come up with something like this. Not the writing skills of mine but hopefully one day. This film time skips so at first it's hard to know what is going on but it all starts to wrap up towards the end.

On a side note, this could have been a good book. I also like the fact that it's in black and white. I think they didn't add color because of the budget. I was also able to connect with the character because I to am a writer that is unemployed.

But I don't follow people. To tell you the truth I didn't even know how to spell follow until I watched this film. Shows just how much of a wannabee writer I am. I recommend this to hard core fans of Christopher Nolan because this is where he got started after all.
