Before anyone knew who the hell Christopher Nolan was, he made this low budget, minimalistic noir that is a well told story showcasing the talents that would soon break its director into the industry. It takes an ultra-low budget and focuses on character and storytelling, packed with great shots to make the best out of a very small concept.
