Short, yet captivating tale of a young man's obsession with following strangers and how it can all go wrong in a moment. One day he is caught following the wrong person and is drawn into a life of crime.
Bill is learning the art from a master but things aren't always what they seem. The twists are classic Nolan. Definitely a thumbs up!
