[color=black]Both my fiancee and I found this film excellent! It is truly artistic, and especially from the director's commentary on the DVD - you can tell they put their whole hearts into the movie.[/color].

[color=black]Parents could certainly show their mature-minded child this film. It would be a fantastic jumping-off point for discussions of valour in combat, dedication, cameraderie, and bravery. There is nothing gratuitous, and for example, the directors expressly excluded the fact of pilots smoking cigarettes from the film just so that it would not be glorified along with the pilots.[/color].

[color=black]I'm a military pilot myself and I think this is a true tribute to the heart of an honourable pilot. The effects were spectacular and, while the film runs 2:19, it never feels long nor rushed. Finally, it was not, like so many hollywood war films, bent on glorifing a biased view of an infallible America. It had a real and balanced story.[/color].
