Review of Fly Away Home (1996) by Terri H — 03 Oct 2009
Such a beautiful movie. Just so heartwarming.
The music in this just really fitted. It's a very country movie in my opinion.
The plot sees a troubled relationship between young Amy (Paquin) and her father Tom (Daniels). After the death of her mother she has to move across the world to live with her father, she's feeling at a loss until she becomes a mother herself, to a flock of abandoned geese. Herself, her father and friends have to lead the flock south for the winter, building relationships along the way.
Truely touching movie that has me in tears every time.
