Review of Flushed Away (2006) by Irina T — 11 Oct 2010
Aardman's animation is pretty unique, but most of their movies fail to deliver a really strong message to the audience. It's just for mere entertainment, like how Dreamworks makes its movies. I'm not sure what rating this movie should get, because it seems like it's just made to impress people that the company is able to animate a setting in London and in a town where frogs and mice live. The story's cliched and simple as always.
Howevre, I still think that it deserves some credit because it's a pretty entertaining movie.
6.5/10.
