Review of Flushed Away (2006) by Alex A — 30 Jun 2015
A decent family affair but nothing memorable or special, Flushed Away is ultimately disposable but fun for the family. The voice acting is good as is the pacing and world building, but the animation is glaringly dated and the humor never really lands until the third act.
Flushed Away is good enough to pass the time but won't leave an impact afterwards and doesn't reach the heights of better Dreamworks flicks like Megamind. It's memory has ultimately "Flushed Away" into the category of average, forgotten animation motion pictures.
