Review of Flushed Away (2006) by David T — 27 Dec 2009
What a delight and totally not expected.
This witty and adorable look into the life of a well-to-do pet rat from the very wealthy upper classes of London society is a family treat and a joy, unwittingly are fury friend ends up amongst the sewer rats of the capitol and finds a new way of life, if not to his taste...and so the adventure begins as he battles to get back home to his super wide TV and homely comforts.
The musical scores with the "germs" or what ever they maybe are totally hilarious and add a new life to some classic songs in the most unusual way.
From start to finish this is a clever slap stick romp of a movie and the animation is first rate and with a stellar cast the voice over's are both exceptional and very much in keeping with the movie.
