Review of Flushed Away (2006) by Daniel R — 03 Apr 2011
This film is on the short list of the most underrated animated films ever made (a list that would feature films like Emperor's New Groove, Mulan, and a few others). This film is one great slapstick moment after another, from beginning to end, and each joke hits the right note.
The voice acting is top notch, over the top, and made even more funny when you consider some of the performers (Ian McKellen and Jean Reno, anyone?). I love this movie so much, and it makes me laugh every time.
It's a wonderful story and good clean fun for the family, even if the adventure gets going with a flush of the toilet.
