Review of Flowers in the Attic (1987) by Laura E — 28 Feb 2008
Though less of a shocker than its literary counterpart, this movie is a staple on the Modern Gothic shelf. Could have been improved with some actual incest and less name-dropping -- Chris and Cathy address each other directly in every sentence, even if they're the only ones on screen -- but otherwise, it's a good way to spend ninety minutes.
