Review of Florence Foster Jenkins (2016) by Laura T — 19 Aug 2016
Pleasant not-very-funny experience. Simon Helberg was great as pianist McMoont. Meryl Streep did a fine job of imitating Ms. Jenkins' strange singing. Hugh Grant was his usual agreeable self playing a man in a couple of strange relationships.
Mostly an illustration that truth is stranger than fiction.
