An OK disaster movie. London flooding is great idea for a film but Flood lacks in what the day after tomorrow had (money & better actors) and also lacks in death if a flood like the one seen in the film happened in real life the death toll would be huge.
Robert Carlyle saves this film from drowning (excuse the pun).
