"The first day I met Bryce Loski, I flipped. It was those eyes." The story began with 2 completely different accounts of same events by Julie and Bryce, with Julie completely sure of love at first sight while Bryce just wanted to avoid Julie desperately. They were only 7 then and of course, things changed over the years.
A largely overlooked film of 2010, Flipped is a simple nostalgic tale of first love, adolescent infatuation and cute youthful romance. No big stars are required as Callan McAuliffe and Madeline Carroll are so endearing and likeable in their portrayals of the 2 leads. Sweet.
