Review of Flipped (2010) by Nicole G — 04 Mar 2011

The versitile Rob Reiner sure knows how to make good movies, and this is one of his best in years. Flipped is a film very much under the radar, but it is an absolute gem! It's a story of friendship and love, discovering them both, and finding where they meet.

This movie kind of reminded me of The Wonder Years in a way, two kids growing up in the same road, being complete opposites, but not realising that their destiny actually is for them ultimately being together.

Solid performances by the kids, who really lead this story. This film is charming, engaging, sweet, and very touching!
