I found the movie kind of boring. It would have been WAY more thrilling and cool and gripping if the man that falls off the plane in the very beginning doesn't die, but breaks his back and slowly dies of thirst then gets killed off by nomads a week later.
The guy who went outside at night and got swept away by the wind should have disappeared only to return to the camp a crazed and starved man eater who ate the people secretly one by one. It would have been WAY scarier than stupid cheesy nomads.
I was surprised that the woman didn't get raped.
