Classic. Filight of the navigator is one of those films that just stays with you throughout your life after one viewing...and watching it as a kid I have to say I thought that Joey Cramer was the luckiest kid ALIVE. With special effects that are still impressive in today's CGI infested culture and a soundtrack that just screams 80's, Flight of the navigator tells the story of a 12 year old kid who wakes up to find out that 8 years have gone by without him aging one day. As everyone is trying to work how this has happened, our young hero finds out that there is a being out there that has all the answers he needs.
Like all the other kids films of this era, Flight of the navigator is just another great kids adventure that brings up back all those great memories of a time when films like this just filled a kids world with wonder and delight.
