Review of Flight of the Butterflies (2012) by Graham B — 04 Jan 2013

We just saw the Flight of the Butterflies and it was the best educational imax movie I have seen with my daughters. It was informative, interesting and beautiful. It did a wonderful job of helping young audiences step into the shoes of a scientist trying to figure out a question - where do the butterflies go when they leave the northern U.

S./Canada. We don't do a good enough job of helping young learners think about investigating like scientists as we just feed them content. This film did a brilliant job of doing both. Not only was it great for our kids, but my brother and I who are both in our thirties really enjoyed it and it made us want to visit the winter nesting areas for the monarch butterflies.
