Review of Flight (2012) by Kevin L — 21 Jul 2013
Some say that even the best performance can save an otherwise failure of a movie. Unfortunately, Flight is not one of them. Washington is terrific, sure, no surprises there. But his talents are squandered in a film in which foul language is the fuel and he plays a protagonist that is only respectable in the beginning and end.
The whole middle of the film is a complete crash that not even Whip could have prevented.
