Denzel Washington gives a career-milestone performance in this gripping film about an alcoholic pilot who struggles with the consequences of a plane crashes. The real beef of the movie lies with the psychological depth to which each character portrays.
Washington is able to display his emotions in very subtle yet effective ways. This movie dissects his very mannerism, beliefs, and conflicts, and it does it with style. Those looking for a thought-provoking and compelling film will find what they are looking for in Flight.
