I believe Denzel Washington gave one of his best performances. His portrayal of this seriously flawed pilot, who consistenly battles alcoholism throughout the film ... was nothing short of amazing. The appearances by John Goodman and Don Cheadle were surprisingly brief, but they definitely made their presence felt.
Overall I really liked this one and recommend it!
