Review of Fletch Lives (1989) by Jason W — 22 Mar 2011
Chevy Chase proves he is still whip smart in the sequel to the outrageous "Fletch." Irwin learns he inherits his Aunts estate in Louisiana and partakes on what is supposed to be some relaxing downtime.
Of course that isn't going to happen. Things are not what they seem, and everyone's favorite master of disguise is in over his head. The film provided many laugh out loud moments, snarky lines and Chase's trademark clumsiness.
Not as legendary as the first one, but a worthy follow up that doesn't diminish the original. Sincerely, Jane Doe!
