Review of Fletch (1985) by Ross B — 26 Feb 2010
It is always very hard to find a good Chevy Chase movie. This is actually a pretty decent one. Chase plays a investigative journalist who bites off more than he can chew with a drug case. Chase does a great job with the witty dialogue.
The movie as a whole is a decent film and is a true representation of a whole group of 80s comedies that are good but are not great. Tim Matheson though plays a great supporting role as a shady businessman.
It is worth seeing at least to remind yourself of what Chevy Chase really was like.
