Meh. I feel like Schumacher isn't capable of making a great movie. He has a range, from terrible to mediocre. The pros: cool premise for a supernatural thriller, and you get to see lots of big-name actors from 20+ years ago.
The cons: boring performances, and a lackluster plot that could have been amazing. The movie has unlimited potential for an awesome story, and it seems like the writer decided to stop thinking after he got to page 20.
It slowly becomes repetitive and silly. This one I would actually love to see remade, cuz with the right mind behind it, there's a great story that can be told.
