Review of Flashbacks of a Fool (2008) by Levon D — 26 Apr 2009
Daniel Craig gives a strong performance in this twisted and sensual drama. The script was lacking some power and wit but Craig and Eden have more than enough charisma to distract readers from that fact.
One thing that bothered me is that we never really got to see Joe Scott evolve into a newer more humbled person. I doubt there will be a sequel to show us who he became, if he ever changed, and if he ever refurbished his career as an actor.
