Review of Flash Point (2007) by Private U — 16 Dec 2008
Ok so the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because I'm just so in love in with Donnie Yen heheh yes I know I'm an extremely shallow person. The basic premise of the movie is how 2 cops played by Donnie Yen and Louis Koo bring down a gangster triad's trio of bosses.
The plot is paper thin. but heck no one goes to watch a movie like this for the plot. The action is pretty good though a bit over the top in some places. Donnie Yen has assembled a cast who are well versed in martial arts and this shows in the fight scenes.
This movie is definitely only for those who like action films.
