Review of Flash of Genius (2008) by Collin O — 07 Jul 2009

This film is definitely an inspiring story/film. All of us at one point in time have had an idea of ours stolen or used by someone in a higher position to bolster their careers. This speaks straight to the heart in that matter! It also deals with the consequences of giving your all to something you believe in. Many times it takes many sacrifices and everyone telling you that you can't do it before a great thing can happen.

As far as production goes:

It's rough dealing with a protagonist who isn't a nice guy overall but is still a hero, but I feel the screenplay pulls this off very well. The period is represented well, and overall this film pulls off this biopic extremely well.
