Review of Flash of Genius (2008) by Andy O — 16 Nov 2009
Very very slow, and offers little in the way of gripping excitement or a political thrill ride. The dialogue is very average and the characters (other than the lovely Lauren Graham) are just boring to watch.
The story is predictable and nothing jumps out at you as being worth your time to view. The end, while probably true to life, is lame, and leaves you feeling as though the main character was just one of the stupidest men alive.
The way this movie was made, rather than feeling bad for him, or proud he is a man of conviction, you just think to yourself "crap, it's just stupid windshield wipers, let it go".
