The film features a compelling storyline, especially for anyone involved in creating intellectual property and attempting to protect it, and Greg Kinnear plays the protagonist's role convincingly. At times, it is challenging to remain sympathetic to his character's plight in light of what his family endures in the pursuit of justice.

Ultimately, the movie enlightens the viewer to the harsh realities of David & Goliath tales - chief among them that if David weren't a bit insane, he could never persevere long enough to emerge the victor.
