Review of Flash of Genius (2008) by Jason D — 29 Dec 2009

Overlooked film--it's a simple tale told with care and conviction. Conviction not just in the rights of the little guy (had it been just that, it wouldn't have been nearly as good)--conviction that it should be honest about its characters, particularly the personality quirks/flaws of its main character and that the choices that Kearns makes a) aren't necessarily right, and b) have profound consequences for him and his family.
