Review of Flash of Genius (2008) by Jesse B — 14 May 2011

Kinnear continues to impress. He was very good in this role and held the pieces of the story together very well. The direction was solid. The story and editing were too long, however; what was a nice story could have been told in 90 minutes rather than the 120 minutes it took.

Also, his wife's reactions suddenly change and to a 180 without much foreshadowing or reason.

Anyway, a decent movie. Watch mostly for Kinnear's efforts and the straight-forward "little guy takes on the big guy" story.
