As Clint Eastwood's first war film, "Flags of Our Fathers" is a fascinating tale about the the famous picture. Adam Beach deilvers his best performance of his career. At times, the film is a bit incoherent during the war scenes with the camera movement and sound mixing.
Though it does have some flaws, "Flags of Our Fathers" is still a good film.
