Kinski playing an obsessive highly motivated guy in the Amazon, fairly familiar. Intriguing story and Herzog is great at bringing life to the stillness and eeriness of the jungle. Not quite Aguirre, but a really great movie set during an great period.
The boat stuff is incredible as well.
